Autumn Human Rights Film Festival (AHRF) is an international film festival focusing on the subject of human rights. It aims to encourage film makers who use their cameras to document struggles against discrimination, injustice and violence. For the very first time, AHRF is creating a platform to share the works of film makers and artists who have unfortunately been marginalized by the authority.  It will present stories of lives affected by war, discrimination and injustice. These stories are of people who have resisted oppression and fought against violence to create a more humane world.

Acknowledging the artists, film makers and other such stakeholders from extreme situations, we have extended our entry deadline to August 10, 2011. Extension is to encourage all representatives of human rights voice. There will be four cash prizes for four festival winners.  Two in each category; national and international.
